Custom pieces are available at a first come first serve basis. 
Design will be discussed between both parties.  I will ask questions regarding style within the confines of my work.  Pictures of my work that have been posted via Instagram or my website are very helpful.  All stones in my custom work are procured by me.  In other words, I will not take a stone that is not from my personal collection or have purchsed through one of my vendors.   I have spent years establishing my relationships with my cab cutters, vendors and miners; I trust their work.  Hours are spent searching for stones that are La Huera choice.
Once an agreement has been established, work can begin. I can give a rough estimate about the cost.   Keep in mind that this will be a range, depending on material, stone, detail and labor time. Generally, the average turn around time is 2 weeks.  If there is a delay, it will be properly communicated.
I can provide a rough sketch (if needed-I am a much better metal smith than I am a sketcher)before the process begins, but I definitely am more of an "in-the-moment" kind-of-maker and the designs can change based off of what I think works better for the piece.
Communication is key in everything in life and I will be as transparent as possilbe throughout the process.

All commissioned pieces require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Once the piece is completed, the remainder is due within 24 hours of the piece being completed and shipped.  
Your deposit will be deducted from the final total upon completion. 

All custom orders are final.  They have been made with YOU in mind.  If for some reason you aren't satisfied, I do want you to be happy and will do my best to remedy the situation.  Looking forward to making you your next heirloom piece.

Lost or stolen mail will be the responsibilty of the purchaser.
All orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority mail.
For an additional cost-orders can be shipped with a signature required.
